• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds, which can be taken out after the resin epoxy casting product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy castings, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a warm environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times and are not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
