• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
