• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed once the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and edges of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds may last 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and try not to touch the mold with your fingers.
