Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees, also capable of withstanding. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning and removing epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
