Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
