Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after drying in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees. Also, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
