Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use only. With a variety of applications, resin epoxy molds can bring diversity to many sectors depending on your creativity. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and ensures longevity. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
