Epoxy Resin Silicone Soap Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With many possible applications, resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, side-to-side, and bottom-to-top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important note:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times. Proper care and usage, including cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold. We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
