• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds for resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high heat resistance around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields may create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glassy state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
