• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, up and down motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will take on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• • Important Notice:

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
