• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds are capable of rapid drying for resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing them to be preserved.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and fully harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, whereas some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
