• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will acquire a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
