• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds are capable of quick drying in resin epoxy pours, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
