• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, and they can withstand high temperatures, approximately between 200 to 300 degrees, creating a quick drying environment for resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
