• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and prolongs the lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
