• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
