• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing epoxy resin castings to dry quickly and be removed after drying.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields, creating various possibilities depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is about 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the mold's glossiness and prolong its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
