• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to remove, allowing the resin epoxy casts to be quickly cured in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees, which can be maintained after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in many different fields, creating variety in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
