• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many areas and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can help you use it for a longer period.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
