• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can be easily removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
