• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy castings.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Proper care of the mold and cleanliness during use can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
