• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy castings.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the shine of the mold and prolong its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
