• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas, creating differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general life span of the mold is 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
