• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and becomes glass-like in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
