• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees, suitable for hot environments.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
  Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours.
  It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective cleaning material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
