• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts after they have dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture well for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. The stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, and in some of our model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
