• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours. It turns into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
