• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, which means they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average heat degree of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields, creating differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully harden within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The average lifespan of the mold is generally 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
