• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts after they have dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can also be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture vigorously for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
