• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts of resin and 1 part of hardener into a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, alternating directions from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During stirring, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It becomes glass-like in 48 hours.

• • Important notice:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 times, while for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in removing epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
