• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand a hot environment of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling fast curing of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. These resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Afterward, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and take care not to touch the mold with your fingers.
