• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
  Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
