• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should be in contact with the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours. It becomes glass-like in 48 hours.

• • Important Warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
