• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It achieves a glassy state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan. A non-alcohol-based wet wipe is the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
