• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a quick drying process for resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like finish in 48 hours.

    • The lifespan of the mold is generally around 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains mold shine and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
