Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings once they have dried, facilitating quick drying of resin epoxy castings that can withstand high temperatures in a hot environment ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees.
-
Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important Notice:
- The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
- We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
- Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
