• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, allowing for various applications depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
