• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow resin epoxy pours to dry quickly in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured, touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
