• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, providing a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion for 10 - 15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold interior with your fingers.
