Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can sustain high temperatures, approximately between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 24 hours and reach a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, but in some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
