Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds help resin epoxy castings to dry quickly in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees, maintaining heat resistance. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and turns into a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
