• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy pours after they have dried, maintaining their shape in a hot environment with temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of the resin epoxy mold.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidify within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
