• Important notice:

  • The general mold usage life is 10 times, some of our models have a life span of 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer usage life.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning and removing epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.

  • • Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be taken out once it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring quick drying of resin epoxy casts.

    • Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

    • Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touch-dry in about 6 hours, fully hardened within 24 hours, and reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.
