Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - V

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the inside of the mold with your fingers.
