Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - Y

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • Generally, the lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure durability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
