Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - Ü

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. This resin epoxy mold can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to facilitate quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different industries based on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
