Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - U

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. These molds help epoxy resin castings to dry quickly at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely solidify within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
