Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that can be used for resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which protects the mold and provides a glossy finish, extending its lifespan.
  • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
