Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - Ş

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• Important Notice:

  • Generally, the lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and should be used for cleaning.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
