Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - S

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, providing fast curing for resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are highly effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
